The Second Annual Navigation and Survivorship Conference provided opportunities for each person to evaluate their navigation program and to listen to presenters describe supportive cancer services across the United States. The session on “The Navigator Matrix” by Karyl Blaseg, Tricia Strusowski, and Jay Swanson was perfect for new programs and essential for established programs to evaluate their status. Individuality of programs was stressed, and, as always, the focus was on the patient.
