It is an exciting time at Cone Health! Patient Navigation is a priority at Cone Health and we have THREE new NAVIGATOR positions open!

The Breast Clinic Navigator position is working in the Breast Care Alliance- our Cone Health Breast Program with me….. (don’t let that deter you!)

The Stereotactic Brain Surgery Program is brand new – and will be working primarily in Radiation Oncology at Cone Health Cancer Center.

Job Posting - Oncology Nurse Navigator at Wilson Medical Center

At Wilson Medical Center, we are entrusted with the care and well being of our neighbors, friends and community members. We are currently seeking a very special nurse to function as an Oncology Nurse Navigator in Wilson, NC. This program is being developed through a partnership with UNC-Lineberger Cancer Center.

The Oncology Nurse Navigator acts as the liaison for the patient, caregiver and healthcare provider. The nurse will be responsible for addressing items such as barriers to care, understanding the treatment plan and ensuring treatment adherence.
