Nurse Navigator Certification Criteria:

  • Provide a copy of Curriculum Vitae indicating at least 3 years of direct navigation experience
  • Provide documentation verifying you have earned at least 15 CEU’s in 2016-2017
  • Provide job description and reference letter signed by employer
