I wholeheartedly recommend and support AONN+! It was as I said in my poster presentation, I felt like Dorothy “coming home” in 2015, after having attended the second AONN+ conference back in 2011. There really is no place like AONN+! It always feels good to see “old friends” and have the opportunity to meet “new friends.” There is no other conference that I attend, where I feel so inspired, with a shared sense of camaraderie, and return home feeling validated for what navigators are blessed to be able to do!

I think that what makes AONN+ so special is that people can really relate. They can meet, they can share best practices. I think a lot has to do with the committee members; everybody’s so dedicated, everybody really wants to get all the information out there to help each other, and I think it makes it a great organization for people to learn and share and obviously to help the patients.
