The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+) Scholarship Program was established by the AONN+ Leadership Council as a process for selection of AONN+ members to apply for funding to support attendance at the Midyear or Annual conferences. This resource for all navigators goes beyond covering the usual travel, hotel, and registration expenses—navigators can also request support related to virtual attendance such as internet access and travel to access the internet in frontier places. The winners are asked to complete a project in writing within 6 months after the conference, demonstrating how this opportunity was applied to their navigation role, or the changes it has inspired the winner to make in their navigation practice.
The scholarship application is now closed. 2024 AONN+ Midyear accepted scholarship applications from February 1st through February 28th, 2024.
The AONN+ Conference Scholarship Fund donation site remains open year-round to allow funding for support to attend the AONN+ Midyear or Annual conferences. All contributions are appreciated to allow oncology navigators and cancer care professionals in accessing professional education. Donate to the fund or apply for the scholarship.
Generous donations from AONN+ members have helped attendees participate in both the Midyear and Annual conferences who would not have otherwise had the means to do so. We invite you to help champion inclusivity within navigation by donating to the AONN+ sponsorship. 100% of your donation to the AONN+ Conference Scholarship Fund will help fund travel, hotel, and registration.
Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will use your comments and suggestions to improve future AONN+ conferences. Please take a moment to provide your input on future topics and speakers by completing the conference suggestions form. Please note that these suggestions are reviewed by the AONN+ Conference Planning Committee (CPC).
