It is enjoyable to visit other navigation programs and to see the unique processes that are being utilized to help patient’s access healthcare systems and move through the treatment trajectory. During open forum discussions the exchange of ideas on how to overcome barriers is energizing since the navigators are one on one with the patients facing barriers to care.
