    For ease and convenience, we’ve reserved a discounted block of hotel rooms at the Hyatt Regency, our conference venue.

    Conference attendees are eligible to receive the discounted daily room rate of $239 + tax. This rate can be applied to your stay beginning Wednesday, 11/2 through Sunday, 11/6. These rates may still apply 3 days prior and post conference depending on availability.

    The Hyatt Regency New Orleans is 12 miles (~30 minutes) from the Louis B. Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. We would recommend either hailing a taxi (~$35), taking a shuttle, or renting a car to travel between the airport and the conference venue.

    Airport Shuttle New Orleans provides service departing from the Louis B. Armstrong International Airport to downtown hotels, including the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, departing approximately every 30 minutes. Fares are $24 per person one-way or round trip at $44 per person.

  • About the scholarship program

    Scholarship application submission for the AONN+ 13th Navigation & Survivorship Conference has closed. Applications are currently in review and applicants will be notified on or before September 23.

    Donate to the fund

    The AONN+ scholarship program provides scholarships for navigators, social workers, physicians, and administrators to attend the AONN+ annual conference. Scholarships help fund travel, hotel, and registration. Eligibility is based on financial need and navigation involvement. We encourage applications from all ages, geographic locations, and experience level. Applications for the scholarship fund are now open through August 26.
