Midyear Conference

May 16-19, 2024

Loews Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia

Join us live or virtually in Atlanta to gain valuable insight and knowledge across the cancer care continuum

AONN+ Midyear brings oncology’s most influential navigators, social workers, physicians, and administrators together to think boldly and enact change. Take action in your own institution after learning from and collaborating with likeminded professionals dedicated to accelerating the pace of change in navigation.
  • Collaborate, Network, and Learn

The 4-day hybrid event is packed with opportunities to connect with peers, meet members of the AONN+ Leadership Council and/or Committee Chairs, share best practices, and get a glimpse of the latest innovations from exhibitors to aid in providing optimal patient care.

Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 11 continuing education contact hours over the conference’s 4-day span. Our agenda includes informative sessions on disease state discussions and practical solutions to daily navigation challenges, and accredited content.

  • About the Scholarship Program

The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+) Scholarship Program was established by the AONN+ Leadership Council as a process for selection of AONN+ members to apply for funding to support attendance at the Midyear or Annual conferences. This resource for all navigators goes beyond covering the usual travel, hotel, and registration expenses—navigators can also request support related to virtual attendance such as internet access and travel to access the internet in frontier places. The winners are asked to complete a project in writing within 6 months after the conference, demonstrating how this opportunity was applied to their navigation role, or the changes it has inspired the winner to make in their navigation practice.

The scholarship application is now closed. 2024 AONN+ Midyear accepted scholarship applications from February 1st through February 28th, 2024.

    Donate to the Fund

The AONN+ Conference Scholarship Fund donation site remains open year-round to allow funding for support to attend the AONN+ Midyear or Annual conferences. All contributions are appreciated to allow oncology navigators and cancer care professionals in accessing professional education. Donate to the fund or apply for the scholarship.

Generous donations from AONN+ members have helped attendees participate in both the Midyear and Annual conferences who would not have otherwise had the means to do so. We invite you to help champion inclusivity within navigation by donating to the AONN+ sponsorship. 100% of your donation to the AONN+ Conference Scholarship Fund will help fund travel, hotel, and registration.
