Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and have their value as individuals acknowledged. We do not make assumptions about what patients want in their healthcare journey; instead we listen to them, ask for their feedback, and incorporate their personal values and priorities into treatment decisions. This is true shared decision-making, a hallmark of patient navigation.
