Board of Trustees Interest Form

 
We are actively seeking 4 individuals to complete the 5-member Board of Trustees.

Expectations

  1. Attend in-person/live meetings 3 times annually, ideally in February, June, and in conjunction with the Academy Annual Meeting.
  2. Attend the bimonthly Leadership Council Virtual Meetings
  3. Rotate attendance to any special meetings convened of the membership to ensure at least 1 Trustee is in attendance
  4. Represent AONN+ at conferences, alliances, projects, and industry events

Qualifications

  1. Have served on Leadership Council (past or present)
  2. Have been an active member of the Academy for at least 3 years

Term

  1. Trustees At Large current term will serve through 2026 and can be renewed for an additional 2 years
  2. Exceptions are President and President-Elect
  3. Starting in 2027, it is a 1-year term

Board Composition

  1. 5 Trustees
  2. President, President-Elect, Past President, 2 Trustees At Large
  3. To begin, we will have 4 Trustees At Large

Nomination Process

  1. Nominations to open July 1, closing July 18
  2. Evaluation by Nominating Committee is July 19-July 25.
  3. Notification before July 28
  4. Announcement and term commencement is August 1
