In part two of this series, we continue to celebrate the strengths of our Local Navigation Leaders as well as our AONN+ members who are serving in other ways: as committee chairs, group members or as AONN+ representatives on taskforces. As leaders, we must uplift and inspire others in the spirit of professional growth, while in turn, allowing participants to contribute and gain confidence in evolving navigation skills and talents.
