The prostate cancer landscape is broader than ever before, amplifying the challenges for not only the patients facing the disease, but also their families and/or caregivers. This toolkit provides a centralized set of resources and offers guidance to nurse and patient navigators on how to overcome those challenges and best serve those patients and their families/caregivers, particularly in the advanced stages.
