Interested in connecting with any navigators that utilize Epic. We have been using Epic for 9 months and I cannot get a fraction of the datapoints that I collected with my previous Cordata/Cerner set up. Any guidance is appreciated, their "navigation dashboard" is less than helpful. I've been using some reporting features to identify patients but I'm unable to capture important ROI metrics.

Thanks

We ended up writing our own Navigation and survivorship documentation programs along with our Epic folks.
